  • June 19, 2023: A collaboration with Errin Whitaker. The Ancestor | Posterity Native Plant Butterfly Garden on Rosa Parks Boulevard in Detroit, featuring the Ancestor | Posterity Chair, which honors this present moment, our ancestors, and the generations of family members we have not yet met (/the future).   • June 19, 2023: The 1967 Rebellion Memorial Rose Garden on Rosa Parks Boulevard in Detroit. Community members requested this design, concurrent with the development of The Ancestor | Posterity Native Plant Butterfly Garden.

  • October, 21, 2022: Interconnected: An SLC PIXEL Project, at University of Michigan-Ann Arbor.
  • 2022: This is Michigan feature at University of Michigan.
  • 2022: Graduate Degree Exhibition at Cranbrook Art Museum.
  • 2022: Space as Surface (in conversation with the Saarinen House and 2021’s Joutsen, Double-Consciousness, and the Veil installation). Installation at the Saarinen House in homage to Loja Saarinen and her work to promote Finland as part of Brought to the Table, curated by Iris Eichenberg, Nina Blomfield, and Kevin Adkisson.
  • 2021: Flint-based artist, Errin Whitaker, and Jones began installing the Ancestor | Posterity Native Plant Butterfly Garden with community members. University of Michigan produced this film about the project as part of UM’s This is Michigan campaign.
  • 2021: Joutsen, Double-Consciousness and the Veil. Originally installed as part of Speculative Histories, curated by Iris Eichenberg and Kevin Adkisson. Work will remained installed at Eliel Saarinen’s desk (designed by Eliel’s son, Eero) as part of Saarinen House and Smith House (Frank Lloyd Wright) tours through the rest of the year. This work reimagines the space and envisions historical exchanges.
